Ahana Flow Yoga Teacher | @zgood Zack teaches a well-balanced flow to help you get out of your head and onto your mat. He is a graduate of the Ahana Yoga Teacher Training and is known for his enthusiastic and encouraging teaching style. As a yoga practitioner himself, Zack has a daily practice, which is comprised of Ahana Flow and Ashtanga.
Ahana Flow is a vinyasa style yoga class with creative sequencing, chanting, and meditating. You will find sun salutations, standing postures, back opening, inversions & twisting. It is a sweaty, fun & challenging yoga class. Open to all levels.
