Ahana Power Flow is our signature class, designed to take you there - to that place where you forget about the minutia and dive into your practice. We give you 45 minutes of intensity combined with strength, hip and heart openers. Ahana Power asks you to drop into your breath, and allow the music and pulse of the class to take you to a state of being in the moment. We will get your heart rate up through a series of asanas (poses) and then towards the end of class, guide you through seated poses to glean the benefits of a warm and open body. This class is open to all levels who are prepared to sweat.
This is the yummy delicious. You will work up a sweat, hold postures a bit longer. Good for toning without getting out of breath. Super for strength, focus, stretching and the feels.
Ahana Flow is a vinyasa style yoga class with creative sequencing, chanting, and meditating. You will find sun salutations, standing postures, back opening, inversions & twisting. It is a sweaty, fun & challenging yoga class. Open to all levels.
